🔹 Scale License
• Includes free lifetime updates to all existing Packs.
• Future Packs are included for the licensed variation(s), according to the Scale License terms.

🔹 Enterprise License
• Includes free lifetime updates to all existing Packs.
• All future Packs are included for the licensed variation(s), with no additional cost.

In other words:

• Updates = improvements and additions to existing Packs you already own.
• Future Packs = entirely new exercise categories or equipment released later.
• Scale and Enterprise include future Packs (based on the purchased variation).
• Startup does not include future Packs, but always includes updates to purchased content.

Under the Fair Upgrade Policy, once your project exceeds the applicable limits (Startup: over 50,000 installs or US$100,000 in annual revenue,
Scale: over 500,000 installs or US$500,000 in annual revenue), you upgrade to the next license tier.
