A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Before the first integration.

What is included in the download?

The purchased animations are delivered as Lottie JSON files through the VFE Download Center, together with the applicable license. dotLottie, MP4 and transparent WebM can be created with VFE Tools where supported. Project files such as After Effects files are not included.

Are the Male and Female libraries identical?

No. Each variation has its own exercise selection. There is substantial overlap, but the two libraries are not exact duplicates.

What can be customized?

Clothing, skin, hair and background colors can be changed. Lottie color changes do not need a new video render. Video exports are generated after choosing the colors. Male animations can also be used with the Simple hair option.

Which purchases include updates?

Purchased Packs include updates within the purchased pack and variation. Single Variation and Full Library also include future packs within their licensed variation scope. Individual Animations cover the purchased versions, not automatic future updates.

Can I test the files before purchasing?

Yes. The Test Animations page provides sample files and customization controls for checking a player, browser or product workflow before purchase.

Does VFE host animations for an app?

No. VFE provides licensed files, not an animation-hosting or playback API. After downloading, deploy the files on the project’s own server or CDN, or bundle them in an app. Offline playback requires a locally available compatible player, files and any needed resources.

Can I use other conversion tools?

Yes. Compatible third-party workflows may be used to convert purchased animations into other formats. Converted files remain covered by the same license. Supported features and output compatibility depend on the chosen tools and player.

Can a license grow with a product?

Yes. The Fair Upgrade Policy (FUP) credits eligible earlier payments toward a broader asset scope or higher license tier. Only the remaining difference is due; a fully covered eligible upgrade needs no additional payment. See Licenses & FUP for the applicable rules.
