1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using vectorfitexercises.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to visitors, users, and purchasers of digital products offered through the Site.
If you purchase any Vector Fitness Exercises product, your purchase and use of that product are also subject to the applicable license agreement presented or referenced at the time of purchase.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase products through it.
2. About Vector Fitness Exercises

3. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to animations, illustrations, graphics, motion assets, previews, text, logos, designs, and related materials (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Dinar Ishmukhametov / Vector Fitness Exercises unless otherwise stated.
The Content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Accessing the Site, viewing Content, or purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of any animation or other asset to you.
4. Products and Licenses
Purchases grant only the rights expressly described in the applicable VFE License Agreement. No copyright or ownership of VFE assets transfers to the purchaser.
The agreed Order or Selection Record identifies the assets and versions, tier, Brand, Covered End Product where applicable, price, credit allocation, and governing documents. A payment provider’s generic product name does not determine this scope.
An expressly accepted specific amendment or custom agreement prevails over the governing License Agreement; that Agreement prevails over inconsistent transactional purchase terms. Records document the agreement and cannot unilaterally change it. Mandatory law and applicable payment-service dispute procedures remain unaffected.
Add Animations retains the governing agreement of the existing Licensed Selection. A broader scope or higher-tier upgrade requires separate acceptance of the target agreement, including when eligible FUP credit covers the entire upgrade price.
For a new Startup or Scale license first accepted together with these Terms, annual revenue means revenue attributable to the covered End Product, or the covered Brand End Products for Scale, over the preceding 12 months. Download thresholds count first installations or downloads of those products, excluding updates and repeat installations. The numerical thresholds remain those in the governing License Agreement. These clarifications do not retroactively amend earlier licenses or an existing Licensed Selection through Add Animations.
5. Orders and Payments
Before confirmation, VFE displays the selected purchase, currency, base price, eligible Fair Upgrade Policy (FUP) credit, and amount due. Any applicable taxes or separate payment-provider charges must be disclosed before payment. VFE does not collect or store complete payment-card details.
Payment may be collected through an authorized processor or collection agent. That service does not become the licensor or determine the VFE license scope. EasyStaff may be offered as an assisted payment alternative where available.
The license takes effect when VFE confirms the completed purchase or upgrade after acceptance and verified settlement. Settlement may include eligible FUP credit; if it covers the upgrade price, no additional payment is required. A draft, payment return URL, or button click alone is not a completed purchase. VFE confirms completion without undue delay after verification.
If payment verification or delivery is delayed, contact VFE before paying again. A failed or abandoned browser session does not prove that a payment failed. Incorrect or duplicate payments are reviewed individually; they are not automatically converted into additional FUP credit.
FUP eligibility and allocation follow the governing license and purchase-time records. Provider fees deducted from VFE’s payout do not reduce the eligible base amount; taxes, separately charged surcharges, and refunded or finally reversed amounts are excluded.
6. Digital Delivery
Original deliverables for new purchases under the License Agreement presented at checkout are Lottie JSON (.json) files, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Authoring project files, such as .aep files, are not included. Older purchases retain their expressly promised deliverables.
Eligible files are provided through Download Center or another agreed electronic method. Permitted customization or conversion, including dotLottie, MP4, and WebM exports where supported, does not expand purchased scope or grant later animation revisions. Tool availability and compatibility are governed by the purchase description and applicable license.
Before immediate delivery, checkout asks for a separate, initially unchecked request for access before any applicable withdrawal period ends and an acknowledgement that the right to cancel merely because of a change of mind is lost once downloading begins, where the applicable legal conditions are met. Accepting the License Agreement alone does not provide this separate consent. VFE records the accepted wording and confirms it to the purchaser. Remedies for defective, undelivered or misdescribed content remain unaffected.
No physical product is shipped. Provide a valid email address and keep access credentials and private links secure. If immediate supply is not desired or access is unavailable, contact VFE before completing the purchase.
A hosting or login change does not cancel purchased rights. Planned permanent withdrawal of download access is subject to reasonable notice and an opportunity to retain the applicable files or use a replacement delivery method.
7. Updates
Update coverage follows the purchased animation scope and governing License Agreement. Purchased Packs include updates and new exercises within the purchased Packs and Variations. Single Variation includes future Packs for its licensed Variation; Full Library includes future Packs for the licensed Male and Female Variations. These entitlements do not promise a fixed release schedule or quantity of new content.
Individual Animations cover the purchased versions and do not include automatic access to future animation versions or additional content. When VFE releases a technical correction for a defect in a purchased version, purchasers of that version receive the correction at no additional charge. This does not create a general entitlement to future improvements or limit mandatory remedies.
VFE may change the technical delivery method without reducing rights already granted. A later purchase or a change to these Terms does not replace an earlier governing License Agreement without the required express agreement.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Agreed Compensation
8.1. Digital purchases and mandatory rights
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable merely because you change your mind once downloading has begun, subject to the requirements of applicable law and the separate consent described in Section 6. Merely receiving an unused access link does not by itself establish that these requirements have been met. Nothing in this section excludes applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective, undelivered or misdescribed content, applicable payment-service refund or dispute procedures, or an express agreement with VFE. Consent to immediate digital delivery does not waive defect-related remedies.
8.1.1. 30-day window for discretionary refunds
Requests for discretionary refunds beyond mandatory legal entitlements must be submitted within 30 calendar days after purchase. Submission within this period does not guarantee a refund and does not create a change-of-mind right after downloading has begun. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a discretionary refund under this policy, unless VFE expressly agrees otherwise. This time limit does not restrict mandatory rights or applicable payment-service refund or dispute procedures, and does not end VFE's obligations to address defective, undelivered or misdescribed content or incorrect payments under applicable law.
8.2. Reporting a problem
Contact vectorfitexercises@gmail.com with your order reference, the affected animation or product, and a description of the problem. For a technical issue, please provide the player or application and version, device or platform, and steps or a small example that helps reproduce it. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or confidential project data. I request only information reasonably needed to investigate.
A technical issue concerns content used for its described purpose in the stated supported environment. A missing tool, a capability that was not advertised, or a subjective change of preference does not by itself establish a defect. These examples do not restrict mandatory rights or excuse an inaccurate compatibility statement.
8.3. Review and available remedies
VFE will review the reported issue and explain the proposed outcome. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve help with delivery or use, a corrected file, replacement, an agreed price reduction, or cancellation of the affected purchase. I may request reasonable clarification, but an investigation or attempt to fix a problem does not override mandatory remedies, applicable deadlines or a right to an immediate remedy where the law provides one. Duplicate or incorrect payments are checked against the original transactions.
An approved monetary refund is processed through the relevant payment service, normally to the original payment method. Processing time depends on that service and any applicable legal deadline. Reporting a problem or opening a request does not itself mean that money has been refunded. Contacting VFE does not delay payment-dispute deadlines.
8.4. Effect on licensed rights
A full refund or finally resolved payment reversal ends rights arising from the affected purchase, subject to mandatory law or an expressly agreed alternative. Where rights end, you must stop using the affected content and remove copies as required by the governing license and resolution. VFE can restrict future downloads but cannot remotely remove previously downloaded files from your devices. Unrelated purchases and independently retained rights remain unaffected.
A partial price reduction does not automatically remove animations or terminate the whole license. If the agreed resolution cancels particular purchased items, it identifies those items and the resulting rights in writing. No selection is removed merely by applying the percentage of a refund.
8.5. FUP after a monetary refund
Refunded or finally reversed amounts no longer qualify as paid-purchase FUP credit. Allocations use the original purchase records and the governing license, not later catalogue prices. While an allocation is checked, affected credit may be held temporarily; the remaining eligible credit must be recalculated and restored promptly after review. Unrelated credit is not forfeited.
If affected FUP has already funded an upgrade, VFE reviews the linked purchase and explains any verified shortfall. There is no automatic additional charge. A resolution may preserve the upgrade without additional payment by express agreement, or provide another agreed or legally required outcome. The same amount cannot be credited twice.
8.6. Agreed additional FUP compensation
An expressly agreed compensation allowance is cumulative: using it for one eligible upgrade does not consume it as a one-time discount. The original allowance remains available for later eligible upgrades within its agreed scope; using it does not create another copy of that allowance.
With your express agreement, VFE may offer an additional FUP upgrade allowance as compensation instead of a proposed monetary refund, or as another specifically agreed remedy. You are not required to accept this allowance in place of a monetary remedy to which you are legally entitled. Merely submitting a complaint does not count as acceptance.
The written offer identifies the amount in USD, the Licensee and Brand or other applicable scope, eligible upgrades, any disclosed conditions, and whether it replaces or supplements another agreed remedy. It becomes available only after you accept and VFE records the grant. Existing rights remain unchanged unless the written resolution expressly states otherwise.
This allowance is tracked separately from Actual Amount Paid and paid-purchase FUP. It does not increase the amount you paid, create a cash balance, or produce another credit merely because it is used. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. It can reduce an eligible upgrade price only as agreed and cannot create a negative amount payable. No undisclosed expiry or restriction is added to an accepted grant.
8.7. Payment disputes and confirmation
Opening a payment dispute does not itself finally terminate licensed rights. Proportionate temporary restrictions may apply while it is verified under the governing license; VFE explains and reviews them. A verified final outcome upholding payment restores affected rights unless an independent valid restriction remains.
The resolution confirmation identifies the affected order, any monetary refund or agreed additional FUP, and changes to rights and credit. An unresolved payment-provider dispute must be reconciled before the same monetary amount is refunded again. Nothing in this process prevents you from exercising mandatory rights.
9. Use of the Website
You may browse and evaluate publicly available Content for legitimate informational and evaluation purposes.
Unless expressly permitted by an applicable license, you may not:
- copy, download, extract, scrape, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available Content from the Site;
- use animations or other protected Content in a published or commercial product without an appropriate license;
- use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar methods to systematically access, collect, or download Content;
- remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, metadata, watermarks, proprietary markings, or other ownership information;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- use the Site or Content for unlawful purposes.
10. Product Information and Availability
Vector Fitness Exercises makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, animation counts, formats, compatibility information, and other information accurate and current.
However, minor errors, technical differences, or temporary availability issues may occur.
Products, pricing, previews, features, and descriptions may be updated over time.
Changes made after a completed purchase do not retroactively remove rights already granted under the license applicable to that purchase.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, file delivery, and other infrastructure providers.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Vector Fitness Exercises is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are outside its reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer
The Site and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Vector Fitness Exercises does not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption, temporary technical issues, or errors.
Exercise animations are visual assets and are not medical, rehabilitation, coaching, or individualized fitness advice.
Purchasers are responsible for determining whether the purchased assets are suitable for their intended technical and commercial use.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Fitness Exercises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or purchased digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that apply mandatorily under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
VFE may update these website terms for future use and purchases. The current text and its update date are published here. A purchase remains governed by the documents accepted for that purchase; later text does not retroactively replace accepted terms, scope, or promised deliverables.
Changes to a completed purchase or its governing license require the parties’ express agreement, except as required by mandatory law. New transactional terms accepted for an addition do not silently replace an existing Licensed Selection’s governing license.
License breach, correction, suspension, termination, and dispute resolution follow the applicable license. These website terms do not introduce immediate termination for every breach or compulsory arbitration.
