1. Who handles your information
I am Dinar Ishmukhametov, the creator and operator of Vector Fitness Exercises (VFE). This policy explains how I handle personal information for the website, purchases, licenses, support and Download Center. You can contact me at vectorfitexercises@gmail.com. You do not need to agree to optional analytics to buy animations or access your licenses. Reading this policy is not itself consent to analytics.
2. Information used for your purchase
Buyer and license details. Your name or legal name, email address, declared country of residence or company registration, Brand and product details, selected animations and license scope. The declared country is recorded with each purchase and may be prefilled for later purchases by the same legal license holder. Changing it later does not rewrite earlier orders.
Purchase records. Order amounts, eligible upgrade credit, payment references and status, acceptance of the applicable agreements and immediate-delivery wording, and records of delivery, downloads, refunds and disputes. These records help provide your files and maintain the rights you purchased.
Technical and support information. IP address, browser and device information, sign-in and security records, service logs, and information you send in support messages. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or confidential project files. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider, not in the VFE purchase form.
3. Why I use this information
I use the information to prepare and complete your requested purchase, verify payment, issue and maintain licenses, provide downloads, calculate eligible upgrade credit and answer support requests. Where applicable, the basis is performing the contract or taking steps at your request before a purchase. Without the required buyer details, I may be unable to complete the order or issue the license correctly.
Information is also used for required financial records, payment reconciliation and handling refunds or disputes. Applicable recordkeeping duties provide a legal basis where required. Proportionate fraud prevention, access protection and investigation of service failures may rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law and your rights.
Optional Google Analytics helps understand website use and is based on your choice in Cookie settings. I do not sell your personal information.
4. Services involved
Tilda hosts the public website. Cloudflare provides application hosting, security, data storage and file delivery. Resend delivers transactional emails, such as sign-in and purchase messages. Support correspondence is handled through the VFE Gmail mailbox. Google Analytics processes optional website analytics when enabled by your choice.
Lava.top handles the automatic payment route. EasyStaff may be used for an assisted payment arranged with you. VFE uses the payment references and status needed to fulfil the order; it does not collect or store complete payment-card details. Payment services may process information for their own payment, verification and legal obligations under their applicable policies.
Information may also be shared where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. The information needed depends on the service and purpose; a file-hosting service does not need your payment-card credentials.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Purchase and sign-in functions. A customer sign-in can remain valid for up to 30 days. Purchase choices can be restored for up to seven days; contact and Brand/product form drafts for up to two hours; and Selector selections for up to 30 days. A checkout cookie can last up to seven days so that the same browser can retrieve an existing checkout's status. This does not extend the checkout's validity or authorize a new payment.
These are maximum validity periods, not a promise that every browser copy disappears at that instant. An expired local draft is removed when it is next checked, and browser settings may remove it earlier. Payment-card details are not kept in this browser storage.
Optional analytics. Cookie settings remembers an allow or reject choice for up to 180 days. Google Analytics loads only after permission through that control. You can change the choice using Cookie settings in the footer; declining does not block purchases or Download Center. This control governs optional Google Analytics, rather than necessary sign-in, checkout or security functions.
Tilda and the infrastructure providers also process technical traffic information to deliver the website and maintain security. Tilda's website statistics are separate from Google Analytics. You can also remove stored information in your browser, although removing necessary sign-in or purchase storage may interrupt those functions.
6. How long information is kept
Completed purchases and licenses. I keep the records needed to demonstrate and fulfil ongoing license, download and upgrade rights, and for applicable financial recordkeeping or claims. Because licenses can continue indefinitely, deleting an expired sign-in link does not mean deleting the proof of purchase. Records no longer needed for those purposes are considered separately from the records that protect your continuing rights.
Unfinished purchases and payment attempts. Records may be needed to reconcile a late payment, investigate an error or resolve a dispute. A checkout expiring does not by itself erase its server records. I do not treat an expired checkout as proof that no payment was received.
Support and security. Retention depends on whether an enquiry or incident is resolved, whether the information is needed for ongoing support or security, and whether there is an outstanding legal or dispute-related reason to retain it. Requests to remove information are reviewed against these purposes and applicable obligations, rather than refused merely because a record exists.
Analytics. Google Analytics is configured for two months of event-level retention and fourteen months of user-level retention, with the user period reset by new activity. Those controls do not determine the retention of most aggregated standard reports. Browser storage periods are described separately above.
7. International processing
The services involved may process information outside your country, including through international infrastructure and subprocessors. I do not promise that all VFE information is stored in one country.
Cloudflare and Resend publish data-processing terms that provide for standard contractual clauses for relevant restricted transfers, subject to their scope and conditions. Details are available in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and the Resend Data Processing Addendum. These arrangements do not mean that every country has identical privacy rules. Contact me for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable information. You may withdraw analytics permission without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
To make a request, email vectorfitexercises@gmail.com. I may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. A request does not necessarily require erasing records that must be retained by law or are needed to establish an ongoing license or resolve a legitimate dispute. I will explain any applicable limitation.
9. Changes to this policy
I will update this policy when the relevant processing changes and show the revision date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. A policy update does not itself change the license rights you already purchased.
